Terms of Sale
Cancellations:
Orders for custom fabricated products must be cancelled with 24 hours. No cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours.
Orders for Storm products can not be cancelled. A 30% restocking charge will be levied on all returns.
Orders for standard case products cancelled after 3 business days will incurr a 20% cancellation charge unless otherwise negotiated.
All Stantron orders cancelled will incurr a 20% cancellation charge.

Freight charges are not included unless specified. Free UPS Ground shipping on Storm products applies to quantities of five or less pieces.Large case sizes and large quantities may not qualify for UPS Ground shipping. Shipping charges on Stantron products may be negotiated for large quantities.

Returns and Freight Policies:
No returns without authorization. Customized cases are not returnable as they are manufactured to customer specifications. A 30% restocking fee will
apply to authorized returns. No restocking charge will apply in the event of manufacturer error. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. All returned products must be properly packaged in the
original shipping containers. Please call (800) 274-7216 to request a return authorization.

Products are shipped via the customer specified carrier and level of service if provided. Orders are shipped prepaid for customer convenience.
Connie Hill & Associates Advanced Packaging Group LLC holds no influence or recourse with freight carriers and deliveries are made at the discretion
of the carrier. Shipping is F.O.B. Origin unless otherwise agreed prior to shipment. All shipment dates are estimated by the manufacturer and are subject
to change.
Customer is responsible for inspection at the time of delivery. Damaged shipments MUST be noted on carrier bill of lading at time of delivery. Failure to
note damage will result in acceptance AS IS and customer will bear responsibility for any necessary repairs. Freight damage claims are the
responsibility of the customer.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Specific manufacturer warranties apply.
While we try to provide information on custom products that is accurate, manufacturer tolerances apply and all stated outside dimensions are estimates
only - differences between estimated and actual outside dimensions are not covered under warranty and are not cause for return.

Payment Terms:
Net 30 terms are offered with approved credit only. APG reserves the right to decline credit to applicant, to change or revoke applicant’s credit limit and/or terms on the basis of changes in applicant’s financial condition and/or payment record. All sales of product and services by APG to applicant will be subject to APG sales terms. Any variance in those terms will be effective only if agreed to in writing by APG prior to the time the product is ordered. Orders placed F.O.B. Destination will not be accepted. Declined credit card orders will be turned over for collection.

Customer agrees to make payment in full to APG for all amounts due according to APG invoices. Should customer default in any such payment, APG shall have the right to declare all invoice amounts due and payable. In the event APG should commence any action or actions, or otherwise seek to enforce this agreement against customer, customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by APG.
